For part II assignment
Is it okay in assuming (assumptions ) that agents user id and password are created and maintained by System Administrator ?.
Will make my design more elegant

Hi, RAEES
How do you treat them in your business scope?

My advice is to stick to the requirements. If no requirements are mentioned about tracking Agents then don't worry about it.
Whould this be a requirement in the real-world? Absolutely.
Remember that you are merely designing the architecture for the system, not writing the system. Every question does not need to be addressed at design time, most questions won't even be known at design. The majority of the "work" still takes place in the trenches during development. This is why methodologies such as XP are so popular and why the Waterfall method does not work.
