What the hack?

Failed Part II whith a score of 69 (70 required to pass) , pretty hectic score hugh?
The project submitted (FlyByNight) was a fundamental volume featuring some 12
diagrams and clear comments. They've given me 12 out of 12 for interaction diagrams,
33 out of 44 for component diagrams and slaughtered me 24 out of 44 on class
diagram. In other word, class diagram made the difference. I can't quite see where
the truth is since I've followed BDM to lay out my POJO classes. I haven't shown
Mileage Account since it is a separate subsystem although I've mentioned the issue
in notes and shown it on component diagram. Also I've made Equipment an attribute of
Flight. Added Profile and CreditCard in relationship to Customer plus shown a few
EJBs encapsulating workflow. So, what the hack is wrong which this simple layout?
And where to start looking? Score itself seems offensive as it is hard to believe it
was calculated properly
