Passivation

Is this option correct about Passivation ?

How the container performs passivation is a business decision of the container implementor. The spec just calls out what a beans life cycle should be when the container does it.
I doubt the ejbObject will hold any data from an old instance. IMO, the ejbObject will be a recycled object or will be garbage collected at passivation of its bean.
