Long delay after part 1

I understand that the exams now carry two-year expiration dates. I passed the SCJEA Part 1 almost two years ago. I downloaded Part 2, but never got around to doing it (it looked like more work than I expected).
What should I do now? Just continue with my Part 2 project, even though it is based on old technology? Should I / must I arrange with Sun to redo Part 1 and download a more updated project? Is the old Part 2 still relevant to anyone?

You can use the latest technology for your assignment. So you can use J2EE 1.2 (EJB 1.1, ...) or J2EE 1.3 (EJB 2.0, ...) or even J2EE 1.4 (EJB 2.1, Web Servives) for your assigment.
I'm not sure if SUN has changed the assignment itself since the last two years, but I don't think so.
