Is frame ok for deliverables of the assignment(Part II)?

I mean my deliverables html made by a start poing index.html using three frames: left->navigator.html, top right->show the image, bottom right->description of the diagram.
Is frame ok for the deliverables?
or I need to put them all in one simple html page?

The actual format of your deliverables should not matter as long as it is HTML and you meet the stated requirements.
One thing I would recommend, is for you to test your pages under multiple browsers before you submit.
