SCEA and Windows 98

I’m thinking about doing SCEA and would be grateful if anyone could help me with the following questions: -
(1)In order to complete and test the assignment in part 2 is all you need the J2EE SDK and JBoss or do you need other containers and/or a database?
(2)Is it possible to complete the project on Windows 98 with only 128 MB of RAM? Although the J2EE SDK is for windows 2000 and above, I have seen work-arounds that will allow it to be run on Windows 98.
(3)Has anybody ever completed the assignment using Windows 98 and 128 MB of RAM?

This is not a programming assignment. YOu don't need J2EE framework. It is a design assignment. You need UML tools. I used magicDraw and poseidon.
