What are the Java APIs for I18N and I10N and how can we distinguish them?

I think if you work though sun' java tutorial on internationalization you will know enough.

I18N - Internationalization means there are 18 letters in the word between the I and the n. The other is L10n which stands for localization. Neither stand for the API's but you can find a good overview of the api's in Allen/Bamabera book - J2EE Sun Certified Enterprise Architect. API's are also reviewed in Cade book. For the last see the api referred to above.
