Hi all,
As subject.
How to show alternative flows like "Customer not logged in" in sequence diagram? A separate diagram or use "alt" operator?

I think what you are looking for is a conditional execution. You can use guarded conditions do this.
[customer not logged in]
----------------------------------> invoke login
