I am still confused over this problem.
How does a
Java
client talk to
ejb
on an application server ? Should use RML? but if ssl access is required, is there protocol for SSL over TCP/IP?
THanks for any help

Java clients can use RMI/IIOP or JRMP/IIOP to access enterprise beans.JRMP can also use SSL.

SSL is actually a framework
and in case of say HTTPS , FTPS it is at the
top of TCP-IP or UDP-IP
EITHER iiop or jrmp must also use the tcp-ip, udp-ip or any other transport-network suites available....
