Here is the experience
1. Background -- 6 years working experience.
2. Took about 2 weeks (80 hours) to complete.
3. UML diagram,
a.I use Jude (Free! Simply! Free!). http://objectclub.esm.co.jp/Jude/
b.Save the diagrams as png, because the file size is much smaller.
c.Type of diagrams (Very similar to the Case Study of Mark Cade Guide)
i. 1 packages and their dependencies diagram
ii. 1 class diagram
iii.1 component diagram
iv. 4 sequence diagrams
v. 1 deployment diagram
4. About the Business domain model, I never BOTHER to make any change to it.
5. index.html outline (About 4 pages):
a.Introduction (What this project about and what to achieve)
b.Architecture and Design
i. Assumption (Use Case, User Interfaces, External Interfaces, Technologies)
ii. Architecture (Write quite a bit on each point)
 Design Strategy
 Packages and Their Dependencies
 Class Diagram
 Component Diagram
 Sequence Diagram
 Deployment Diagram
c.Design Patterns Used
d.Reference
i. Core J2EE Patterns by Deepak Alur, Dan Malks, John Crupi.
ii. Design Patterns by Erich Gamma, Richard Helm, Ralph Johnson, John Vlissides.
iii. UML Distilled by Martin Fowler.

As for Part III, took me only 30min to complete. Very very very very simply questions.
