Also title of this topic "Map & Michael for XML Forum???" is not well-formed. "&" has to be escaped as & ------------------------- Mapraputa Is Sun Certified Programmer for the Java™2 Platform. IBM Certified Developer - XML and Related Technologies. Co-author of Java 2 Certification Passport

Hmm, I thought the MI/ME show was restricted to the MD forum. This can't be good. This can't be good at all...

Well, MIME, unlike DOM, is rather ubiquitous protocol.

David- no, it works out fine. While MI is normally working to undermine the MD forum (as well as whichever Java-related forums she happens to be visiting), ME will be working to undermine the XML forum - thereby keeping MI in check. Well, that's the hope, anyway... [ February 20, 2002: Message edited by: Jim Yingst ]

"While MI is normally working to undermine the MD forum (as well as whichever Java-related forums she happens to be visiting)" - thank you, Jim  I was going to be a good girl today, but you provoked me. Your forum is undermined.
as in "Hey Jim, consider yourself undermined" So are we viewing ME as an XML-specific version of Map's general "forum underminig", or are we viewing the placement of Michael as a deliberate attack on her home front?

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to
