alternate flows and including other use cases

Hi folks,

I have 3 problems with the Sequence Diagrams for Part II:

1. How do I show alterate flows in a Use Case? Do I need to use frames from UML 2.0?

2. How do I reference another Sequence Diagram\Use Case on a sequence diagram e.g. How do I show that Pay for Itinerary happens after Prepare Itinerary.. Do I just use notes?

3. I would like to use UML 2.0 to draw my diagrams. I am using Rational XDE which only supports UML 1.5. I downloaded TogetherJ but this seems to have UML 2.0 for some diagrams but not all (not for Sequence diagrams). Any ideas?

thanks very much for any help!!
