Why we use Stateful bean instead of there is facilites for cookies and HttpSession in
Both stateful,cookies and HttpSession are maintain state.so what is the use of stateful bean

don't forget that HttpSessions are for web clients only, while a SFSB can be used with other clients, i.e. rich clients.
