Showing both POJO's and entityEJB's in component diagram

I have POJO's which are created at certain point in time. Under certain condition, they will become <entityEJB>. what is your opinion on showing these POJO's in the component diagrm? Is it neccesary? Thanks

Any comment, guys. Don't let me hanging on this thread. Some posts shew that POJO's have been use in component diagram. But in this case, I think I should not since it may cluster the diagram. Please, give me an confirmation.

Are your POJO, replacable, reusable physical pieces of software with well defined and stable interfaces ? Are your POJO significant for your solution (at the architectural level)? If your answer is yes, show them ! You have other options: a component may contain other components...
