If you include word doc in your submission ?

Hi Friends
If you inlcude .doc documnet in your submission is it a problem ?
Should the document also be in html format ?

The narratives document (assumptions ...) must be in html format.
The diagrams IMHO should be in a graphic format like .gif that can be displayed by any HTML browsers.
The html narratives document should have links to these diagram files.
No .doc files are allowed.
