Whose responsibility is saving itinerary, Pay for Itinerary or Prepare itinerary?

If we are not saving unpaid itinerary, then it would be saved after the payment is confirmed. If yes then does saving the itinerary becomes the responsibility of Pay for Itinerary use case or should the control be returned to the Prepare Itinerary use case to allow it to save ?

That is up to you, but if you save after the confirmation (before the payment), then you will be saving unpaid itineraries.
There are a lot of posts regarding this issue. In my case, I'm going to save unpaid itineraries.
