when are we supposed to schedule the part-3 exam ?
Should I wait after uploading the assignment and until the assignment is evaluated ? If I upload the assignment on 20th, am I suppose to wait until Sun gets back or I can give part-3 on 21st itself.

As soon as you upload your assignment (you can send email ask their to confirm your uploading suc.). The assignment will be not evaluated without Part-3.

If you are ready with your solution , you can appear for PART 3 exam even BEFORE UPLOADING PART 2 -- I did it .I uploaded part 2 after 1 week of giving part 3. Only thing is your assignment will be evaluated ONLY after completing both the parts.
