I would think that we need to design the administrative tasks such as flight details maintainence tasks as a part of our solution. any thoughts?

Is this covered by any use cases in the assignment? You can add any new use cases if you want, but it may not help your score at all.

i put this in my assumption documentation. I mention the existence of other application that make maintainance issues. but not describe their funcionalities
