Need Clarification on packaging

I would like top know whether some package structure needs to be followed for drawing class diagrams . what i mean for example lets say , if we have a FrontController then the corresponding class should be in src\com\web\...\...\FrontController (or) just placement of classes in class-diagram will do for us ....

Also i'm planning to use Enterprise Architect tool for my Assignment . need your feedback on that tool .

IMO , the package structure need not be in the class diagram. If you like to show the package structure you may specify in another diagram.

This is not required and you will not get any points for using a package structure, but it is a good practice.
