Hi,

I have just started preparation for part 1 only couple of days back and started with JMS.

there is quick Questions, do we need to learn API by heart in this also. Like do we get any questions on API classes/methods or more questions are based on scenarios.

Thanks,

Regards,
James

Think more of this as a 30,000 foot view of the landscape rather than the 3 foot view. The idea is to understand the concepts and basic structure, rather than the nitty-gritty of the API - an architect (in Sun's view) does not need to know how to create an EJB, for instance, but is certainly expected to understand the types of EJBs and their useages. You're not expected on the SCEA to go to the level of implementation of the code.

In short, the questions are more on the concepts of each knowledge area, rather than the concrete application of them.
