Is there any rule that says like If i do Part I in country A, then i should also do Part II and III in country A only ?

One more clarification please,
Please let me know whether this will work and acceptable.
I am currently in Europe.
I am planning to visit India soon, I would like to do Part I in India.
Also purchase Part II in India and download the assignment.
Prepare the answer for Part II assignment in Europe and submit it via Sun assignment manager website.
Do Part III in Europe Prometric centre.

I am asking this because I would like to use my vacation time as well as save some money in Part I and II.

Your answer would help me a lot.
