Times taken: Once. Part II took me about seven months to do, working around my real job and planning my wedding. I passed, for reference, in 2005.

I took the SCEA certification only once; I've done my first part at october-2004, and I've upload my assignment in january-2005.
I had taken two months to complete the assignment.
Part III was very easy, since I had expended some time in my assignment.
