1, SCEA exam requires 3 vouchers for 3 different parts or just 1 voucher?
Answer: Three Vouchers (Part 1, II and III)
2, Is the voucher same to the one we used for SCJP?
The vouchers that you buy for Part I and III are same. For MEA, they are priced at $200. For Part II, although the exam code does start with the 310 prefix, but you cannot use that particlar voucher. You have to buy voucher worth $350 for the exam.
3, Any time limitation between different parts? (for example, I take second part a year after part 1)
As per my knowledge, their is no restriction for Part II and III to be given within a specified time after part I. However, Part II cannot be graded until you give Part III exam.
4, How about if I pass the first part but fail the second part? Do I need to re-do the first part?
No you only have to give Part II. Infact, you don't even have to give part III again.
5, If I have passed SCWCD, with 2 years experiences in Java Programming, how long do I need to do the revision before taking SCEA exam? (I know it is hard to answer this question, but please advise. Thank you.)
You need to understand that SCEA is different from other sun certifications. It requires experience as an architect, and experience in designing OO systems. Although Part I is more of a theoratical exam, Part II and III require you to have experience with desiging.
Hope that helps!!
