Thanks to the forum. I cleared the part 1 with just 3 weeks of preparation. Would like to dedicate this to my better half.

Thanks to the forum again for all the guidance.

It was around a four weeks ago when I was thinking of taking this exams and I just came across this forum. I just went through various discussions on this fourm and followed the various links, notes and mock tests on this forum and the forums on the yahoo groups, but then I was already familiar to the j2ee technology and UML and some experience on designing.

The material that I found useful are :-
http://www.leocrawford.org.uk/work/jcea/part1
various notes on yahoo groups scea_j2ee, scea_prep
various notes and mock tests on this forum - http://faq.javaranch.com/java/SceaLinks

I just stuck to the exam objectives while preparing for the test. Anybody who is new to the j2ee area should, however, take as much knowledge as possible.

Thanks to the fourm again.
