doubt in web service - @WebMethod makes other methods non-published

If we put @WebService annotation in a class, it becomes web service and all it's public methods are automatically published. Right?

But if we specify @WebMethod for any method then only this method will be published, and all other methods (ofcourse public one) will not be published. Right?
