I am interessted in taking the SCEA exam.
I would ask, which things are needed to know for passing.
Which books are great for preparing both for the multiple choice exam and the assignment.
Which things are important for the assingment and which API's are needed?
How difficult is it?
I have also the SCJP and SCBCD examen.

best regards

It all depends on your experience. I've done some architecting before and I used the Mark Cade book. I also used the Whizlabs simulator for part I. I've also used the Martin Fowler book for a reference on UML. I will be submitting Part II any moment now and taking part III on Tuesday so I'll let you know if those are good materials.
