Why don't you relax a little bit?

I imagine that we will find out by next week (right before US Thanksgiving) as to when we can expect our results to be available online. They were planning on starting the Part II, if memory serves, a week from this coming Monday, and since Part I was delayed a little, I would expect Part II to possibly be likewise delayed.

Still, that said, there's no point complaining about the wait. Just deal with it.

I remain patient.

I took it on the first weekend it was available. No result yet.

But I'm patient. I've rarely seen software released early or on time. I have no expectation that the delivery of the results of a free exam will be delivered with any more haste.

Same here, I have been checking prometric site to see if the status has changed from "Tested" to "Failed" or "Passed".

I hope I will pass the exam and proceed to Part II. I believe the registration for Part II is 21 November. So the result must be available soon?

Just in case anyone is wondering, it normally makes no difference whether you took the beta exam on the 1st day it was available or the last day. Sun have to wait until all the results are in, then they can start considering whether questions are too easy or too hard and what the characteristics of the bell curve are like.

Regards, Andrew

Hi, though I took the exam, I could not trace any record. SCEA is not listed. Can you guide me how to check it?

You have to track the status from your individual Prometric profile.

Go here: https://www.register.prometric.com/Login.asp

Create a new account or login and view your candidate history. You should see all of the tests you've taken with Prometric. If you don't then you'd better call their customer service and have all of your info linked up together under a single ID.

Yes, the SCEA 5 Beta. I'm talking about the same thing. You can track your results through your Prometric profile. Currently my status for that exam is listed as "Tested". Presumably it will at some point change to "Failed Horribly" or "Passed".

Earlier in the discussion trail that it mentioned 21 November is the registration start date of Part 2 Beta Exam. That means next week might be when the result for Part 1 is due, well unless Sun deferred the release of Part 2.

I am hoping that I got sometime to work on Part 2 during Christmas break!

Please see Evelyn's post below:

Good Morning,

The SCEA Part I beta finished on October 22, I'm pushing for the scores to be posted by Monday next week, as this is a long Holiday weekend in the US.

As for Part II and Part III beta, if you passed Part I, you will receive an email tomorrow Wednesday, November 21st with instructions on how to proceed to Part II and Part III. The email will come directly from Prometric. Please ensure your email information is updated in the I7 database at Prometric.

If you have any questions, please email me directly at evelyn.cartagena@sun.com and please do NOT post your questions directed to me on here.

Thank you.

Evelyn

Hi,

Following the previous message, I called up Prometric UK and they confirmed the results will be announced by email no later than 23rd November. Fingers Crossed for the next two days then.

Thanks.
