Hi,
The SCEA beta submission specifies only the date. It doesnt specify the specific time. Is it 12:00 A.M GMT or the local (country) time from where the exam is taken ?
I plan to make use of the all the minutes available

Sun is HQ'd in California; wouldn't 12/12/2007 23:59:59 PST make more sense (and give us an extra 8 hours to work on it?)

Personally, I would assume that submitting it on the proper date in your time zone is probably sufficient. (Prometric, as opposed to Sun, seems to work in Eastern time, GMT-5.) So, you have as long as you have, really.
