Hi,

To complete the second part of this exam I need to send an archive with the following format
Your archive
file name MUST BE scea-AAAAAAAAA.jar, where AAAAAAAAA is your testing ID.

Does anyone knows what SUN means by testing ID ?
I have Prometric ID and SUN ID. Which one must I use ?

Thanks in advance

Normally it is the same... In Europe it is two letters followed by seven digits...

Hi,

Use your prometric ID. Following is the reply from prometric to my query

Dear Narendra,
All people with a file in I7 have a Prometric ID and a candidate ID. The candidate ID is generated by I7, and does not affect your Prometric records. Please use your Prometric ID when submitting the assignment.

Regards,

SunBeta@prometric.com

Use Prometric Testing Id which starts with SR and has 9 characters in it.

Thanks for the reply.

By SUN ID I mean Candidate ID.
When you logs in : www.certmanager.net/sun/
you will be able to see that you have 2 ID's.
PROMETRIC ID : SR...
Candidate ID : SUN....

this is extracted from the pdf (but does not break the agreement because its not a part of the assignation itself).

The name of your submission jar archive file MUST be derived from your i.d. (note that in the United States, your i.d. is your 9-digit social security number, e.g. 555443333. Outside the U.S., your i.d. might be 9 digits, or it might be 2 characters followed by 7 digits, e.g. sp1234567)

So? your i.d. is your social security number (if you're in US), but in the mail they just say zip it and send it, so I think is not a very strong name at this moment, just don't forget to put in your mail the Name, Last Name, Prometric Id, etc.

Which is not true in the US anymore - Prometric issued new testing ID numbers (SR followed by 7 digits) to those who had their social security numbers as their ID. Better to log into Prometric's systems and look it up.

After login to this page: www.certmanager.net/sun/ I found my PROMETRIC ID (this number required inside of mail) as some srAAAAAAA (where A are digits). Zipped file should contain something called testing i.d. I found this item in my profile on this page: http://www.prometric.com/Sun/default.htm. It is the same as PROMETRIC ID: srAAAAAAA.

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
