This week we're delighted to have Sathyanarayanan Srinivasan and Sivasundaram Umapathy amongst us, helping to answer questions in the Mobile Application Certification (SCMAD) forum.

We'll be selecting four random posters in this forum to win a free license for their exam simulator, "Whizlabs SCMAD Certification Exam Simulator", provided by Whizlabs.

So, welcome Sathyanarayanan and Sivasundaram!

Also, JavaRanch's Valentin Crettaz recently reviewed this exam simulator. His review is available in the JavaRanch Journal.

As far as the simulator software goes, are there separate questions on CLDC 1.0 and CLDC 1.1 specs or are they mixed altogether?
Thanks.

Hi Vad,

Since the certification objective mentions CLDC 1.0 and 1.1, we have created questions based on the CLDC 1.0 and 1.1 specifications (leaning more towards the 1.1 as that is the most recent).

The questions themselves have not been segregated into 1.0 and 1.1. They are clumped together as one objective, consistent with the Exam Objectives by Sun.

Thanks dirk for the warm welcome. We are equally happy to be here and answer our fellow ranchers.

Thanks for your answer, Sathya!
Dirk,
should I move my question into a new thread to qualify?
