No, there is currently no exam-specific book from any publishers yet...

There are quite a few articles in the Sun website under J2ME articles and documentation. While they don't compare to an actual book, they are good for some specific topics such as Push Registry.

There is no book about SCMAD but there is test simulator: ePractice Exam for the Sun Certified Mobile Application Developer for the Java 2 Platform, Micro Edition, Version 1.0 (WGS-PREX-J110C) from Sun.
