It 's quite boring to read it! And becz I am a developer not a implementer, it's noting useful to me.

Hi,
I felt the same when I went through that, it is not that compulsory to read it, just go through the security section under CLDC 1.1 not the appendix, that's not needed. Good luck for the exam.
