I am living at Australia and I want to do my J2ME mobile certification ,I have already done the SCJP 1.4 certification ,so please can you let me know how can I purchase the J2ME study guide, also can you let me know how can I do this and what will be the price for it.
Depends, I imagine, on what study guide to which you're referring. (Personally, the only book I purchased for that purpose was Beginning J2ME, 3rd Edition, from Apress Books and I found that at most of the normal brick-and-mortar shops near me.)

Hi Roshan, There are NO exam guides for the SCMAD examination. What is available in the market are books on Java ME. I don't think there will be a exam guide kind of a book soon like Head First. Just download the specifications, and try to get hold of a good note set to study for the exam (MIDP spec has 500+ pgs). Sathyas' notes are good, but you have to add some more into it. I used this stratergy to pass the exam. BTW, I guess if you are very serious about SCMAD, you have to purchase a exam simulator as well. Regards..
