Most people start by reading Beginning J2ME.

Once you're comfortable with the technology, you can dig deeper into the specs and take some mock exams (available from both enthuware and whizlabs).

Good luck!

Hi, Michael, I already buy the book titled Beginning J2ME, Does the book covers all the SCMAD Exam objective? If it doesn't, What are the objectives does the book covers?

Thanks

all you would need is sathya's notes. that's the only reference material i read to pass the beta exam a couple of years back.
