Deployment descriptor

How much the deployment descriptor knowledge is important in the beta? Do we have to remember every and every tag & parent levels as we did in SCWCD's web.xml?
I find it an useless way to test ejb skills: in real life, if I forget how to do an ejb-ref, I can quick consult a manual or an online reference.

I guess if you really understand the subject you need not remember each item in the deployment descriptor. The questions were such that it is not too hard to make a good guess. However the more you know the easier it becomes in the test. This exam tests your knowledge of the ejb specs. So you can't avoid the DD.
