Last Friday afternoon/27), I call prometric to register, first all the center transfer me to a place to verify the voucher number, after a lady pick up the call and she said the number is right. But when she try register me, she told me that her computer get error message and will call me back in half hour. After 2 hours waiting, I got go home for the weekend. Today, I call prometric center again, this time they didn't say my voucher is wrong. After 2 minutes check, the lady told me that Sun has got 400 testers register and I can't register anymore even I told her the number should be 600. Now I regret I didn't register earlier. (Should I register even I don't know if I can make the test Or should I register when I definitely will take the test. I didn't ask voucher earlier too until last Tuesday when I decide to take the test, fortunately(?) I got the voucher). Can Evely, Kathy or someone tell us how many tester should be there and how many now. I can't wait until September after weeks preparation.

howdy -- I answered this in more detail (but with no new info ) in the other topic, but here's the short version: * Sun is on a complete holiday shut-down in the US, where the SunEd (and certification) headquarters is, so virtually all the SunEd employees are on holiday. * I'm a contractor for the development of exams, so I have absolutely no role in working with prometric, or how the numbers are determined and communicated. The best I can do is to try to make certain that Evelyn (and anyone else there that might help) gets the message. I wish I had better news Again, I'm so sorry. Nobody meant for this to be so confusing, and I'm sure that things will be improved for the next beta. --Kathy

Hi guys, I just took the SCBCD exam. It took me 3 hours to finish it. Here is my advice to anybody who will take it in the coming days: 1- Read carefully the EJB specifications. You will find everything there. 2- Read carefully this forum 3- Practice the mock exam. 4- Give special attention to the EJB roles. The exam expect you to know for every tag in Deployment Descriptor, who is responsible of providing the information. Good luck everybody Abdennour Laaroubi Sun Certified Enterprise Architect for Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition Technology Sun Certified Web Component Developer for the Java 2EE Certified IBM 'Object-Oriented Analysis and Design with UML' Sun Certified Programmer for the Java 2 Platform
