Is there a fee reduction for Asian countries ?

I saw someone has posted a message on informit examcram2 site saying
that Sun has reduced exam fees by 20% for Asian contries and this is valid till end of september.Is this true ? If anybody has some information about this pls reply.

Examination.
The cost of the test coupon is Rs.6000/- (After 20% Off) the offer is valid
till 30.9.2003 on all sun exams(except assignments). You can send in your
payment favouring Sun Microsystems India Private Limited, by way of Demand
draft, by registered post/courier to the below address:
On receipt of the coupon contact the prometric test centers to register for the
exam, Please visit www.2test.com for test center locations in india. However the
registration will have to be done 3-4 days in advance, And the exam should be
taken before the expiery date as specified on the test coupon.
Kindly note that the test coupon should be utilised by way of taking the test
before the expiry date (31.7.2004). This coupon cannot be extended or exchanged,
and it is non transferable.

Can we register the exam date in January with this consession fees. Or do we need to take exam within September 30th ?
