I just want to know which was the first version of weblogic which was capable of running EJB 2.0. Actually m learning EJB 2.0 and have weblogic 5.0 will it do the work?

No. WebLogic 5.0 supports only EJB 1.1.
The support for EJB 2.0 started with WebLogic 6.1 (WebLogic 6.0 initially supported EJB 1.1, but later they released a upgrade pack separately.

I’ve looked at a lot of different solutions, and in my humble opinion Aspose is the way to go. Here’s the link: http://aspose.com
