I am preparing for SCBCD and NOT using HFEJB because i already got 4 ejb books: EdRoman's Mastering EJB, Richard Monson-Haefel's EJB, Pravin Tulachan's Developing EJB2.0 Component and SAMS teach yourself J2ee in 21 days. (and of course the EJB 2.0 spec) How much JNDI knowledge do we need to know for taking the SCBCD. I dont have the HFEJB exam guide so not sure what it suggests. Can anyone give me some indication how much HFEJB devote to JNDI? Or, simply suggestion on how much JNDI knowledge required?
Many thx

It would be sufficient enough to know what JNDI is and know how to write code to retrieve the home/remote interface of an EJB from a client. There are a lot of people here, who have passed the beta exam without reading Kathy's book. Well......most of them had real time experience with EJBs. But with Kathy's book, U always have the advantage, because it is a study guide for the SCBCD exam and closely follows the exam objectives...
I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to
run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
