The "ORDER BY" part of EJB-QL is available in the EJB 2.1 version. Have you downloaded the EJB 2.1 specification from the EJB website? You'll find the entire EJB-QL BNF at the end of the EJB-QL chapter in the specification. It will tell you all about how it is used.
