Transaction Attributes with Wildcard?

If I specify Transaction Attributes as "Required" with Wildcard - "*" for a session bean, that means *ALL* the methods' transaction attributes are "Required". My question is whether or not the *ALL* methods will include those methods in component and home interface methods, which are not supposed to have any transaction attributes?

Maybe it should have been worded "all applicable" methods. It obviously wouldn't flag methods that don't need an attribute.
