MDB can be defined a static class?

A top-level class cannot be declared static - this is standard Java.


SCJP 1.4, SCWCD 1.3, SCBCD 1.3

I'd done a mock exam (SoftSCBCD) and it said an MDB can be static, i guess the mock was incorrect there.
