Is there any way to add a module or something to Tomcat for deploying EJBs?

Use it with Jboss or JoNAS.

Yes you can try OpenEJB for integrating with Tomcat.

Tomcat is a web container. It's an implementation of the Servlet specifications rather than the EJB specifications.
