SCBCD - What does it take to be one and whats' next?

Hi -

I have had very little programming experience in EJB and all that I had written were simple stateless session beans. I am here, writing this cos I want to know from you guys, what does it take to be a SCBCD.
I am hooked to the book - HFEJB for the last couple of weeks and it has got me more interested. However I dont know where I have to head to not only clear the SCBCD (Do I need to memorize things that are in the spec as well , those 500 odd pages

) but also to be some kinda PRO in EJBs and related technology

Oops! Sorry I forgot to post another question -
Would it be right to read thru' the 2.1 spec instead of 2.0 for the exam?
That way I will get to save sometime and learn somethin extra too!
So please advice if theres' somethin that will disturb my exam plans ? Somethin like - 2.0 supports few things that 2.1 doesnt or has been deprecated.
To the server guys, if any here - Would the containers be backward comptible? Would the Websphere 6.0 that supports J2EE 1.4 support EJB 2.0 too?
