can anybody tell me what is the difference between home and component interface thanks

Home interfaece, as the name indicates is the home, from where you get references to the component interface. The home has the create methods that clients can call to obtain a reference to the component instance. The component interface is what has the business methods you are interested in. It is the actual thing that you are likely interested in. Hope this helps.
