Hey Cheenu,
All you have to do is this
1. Go to the link "http:\\java.sun.com\downloads".
2. There you will find a couple of Combo boxes. Go to the Combo box that reads "Full Java EE Technology Downloads List"
3. Select J2EE 1.3
4. Click on the "Go" butoon beside.
5. In the new page that has just opened, click on the link named "Software and Documentation" which is present under the row header "1.3.1 FCS Release January 31, 2002" of the table "J2EE Platform Implementations"
6. This would take you to a new page.
7. On the new page, clicck on the "Download" link that is placed below the text "Download the Software for the Java 2 SDK, Enterprise Edition 1.3.1"
8. You should get a file of size 16.5 MB.
9. The RI server is part of it.

If you still have problems, let me know. I will try to do my best to help you.

Thanks,
Vignesh Murali N.
