Can setMessageDrivenContext method is allowed to send messages?

ENthuware says Yes, but this method has only access to JNDI java:comp/env. IT cannot access ResourceManager, then how it can send messages. I referred page 320 of EJB spec and the Table 12 gives these details.

I understand the setMessageDrivenContext method is not allowed to send messages. Please clear this doubt.
