For Compiling ,you just need a plain old Java Comiler along with EJB API in classpath.

To run you need a EJB Container, write corresponding DD's and deploy your classes and you can call those methods from your Standalone Application or Servlets.
But it is not a simple task.

Hi,
Simply compile all the java files to class files, then create a jar and deploy it to application server.
