What would be the advantage of using Annotations to decorate my bean rather than having it described in the DD?

The DD overrides your annotations. But my question here is what would be advantageous when we use Annotations over DD?

Both ways of doing it gives me DI..Am I right?
 
I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
