It is still available until the end of April.

If you mean using a SCBCD1.3 voucher for SCBCD5 exam, I think that some ranchers have reported that it was possible. The best would be to contact your Prometrics Center.

If Not please Give me the information about the differences between EJB 2.0 and EJB 3.0?

There's too many differences. You could try to read the simplified spec (very short, easy to read) which gives you an overview of what's new in EJB3. Links here.

So just do it if you are already prepared for it! EJB3.0 is very much different and you have to start some new parts to learn.

First get the numbers right :
it's SCBCD 1.3, not SCBCD 2.0

Apparently we are living the last days of SCBCD 1.3, which is a pity since there are still projects running with EJB 2.0 and it's nice to know it.

How does it compare to SCBCD 5 ? Just compare EJB 2.0 with EJB 3.0

EJB 3.0 makes things easier.
